Deb Beiko,
Registered Yoga Teacher, (E-RYT 500), Registered Kinesiologist ( R.Kin, Inactive due to Covid-19) with the
College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and anatomy geek.  After completing initial Yoga and Pilates teacher training with Ruth Dargan, Deb has trained extensively with Judith Hanson Lasater, Andrea Peloso, Bo Forbes, Cindy Lee and Leslie Howard in all things restorative. She is Whitby’s only registered Restorative Yoga Therapist and an Ambassador for the International Restorative Yoga Association. She continues to study and research advanced restorative yoga with Andrea Peloso, acting as faculty assistant to her at the Toronto Yoga Conference, with which she has been involved for the last eight years. After assisting Judith Hanson Lasater, the founder of North American Restorative Yoga, she has been invited to accompany her to Toronto, Montreal, Rochester, and Detroit helping other yoga teachers learn Restorative Yoga. She has been invited by Judith to study individually with her over the next year in San Francisco, and returns annually.
