You will be in a small class  and we proceed according to what is safe and possible. No pretzel poses, just stretching, strengthening and relaxation.

Restorative and Advanced practice The restorative is still gentle and we hold poses that might be a bit of work in comparison to the total relaxation of a regular Restorative class. And the advanced Restorative means the poses are newer and may take more time to set up the props. You will never be pushed beyond your comfort level and I always offer many types of modifications until we have found the right way for you. 75 minutes

Gentle Hatha Our regular Tuesday morning class where it all started.
Warms ups, prep poses, Sun salutation, poses and Savasana (rest) at the
end. 60 minutes

Gentle Flow Come and unwind in a gentle light hearted manner. You will be led through a series of warm ups and sun salutations into various poses and a relaxation at the end. Recommended for students with
experience. 75 minutes

Gentle Hatha and Restorative  A slower and delicious pace of yoga for beginners and above with emphasis on Restorative yoga, with a longer sumptuous Savasana fully propped.  Don't let the length of class scare you away, it is just more time to relax at the end in Savasana. 75 minutes

Yogalates    Good for those who like to practice twice a week. Some Yoga mixed in with the essentials to develop a strong organic core and trunk. Good to strengthen the low back. 75 minutes

Restorative Gentle, supported postures help to restore movement and
flexibility to your body. Assisted by the use of props; poses are held for
longer periods of time. Benefits include lower blood pressure, improved
immune system, deep rest and thorough relaxation. If you fall asleep in this class yo have done it correctly. 75 minutes but you will wish it was longer.

Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones
Gentle and supported  poses, deep breathing and hot stones trigger a more restful state in the nervous system and unlocking the body’s inherent ability to heal.  The gentle and meditative class is perfect for those needed to relax, unwind and reduce stress as well as those with injuries, medical concerns and other limitations.
